Asemhaling is hoe lewe deur jou fisiese liggaam beweeg. Wanneer jy fokus op diep asemhaling, fokus jy op iets positiefs, en dus, terwyl jy die selle in jou liggaam voed, verenig jy ook met Bron-energie—dan lewe almal meer.
